I'm John Ward, Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach, and yes, I do love a good play on words. But more importantly, I love fitness and helping you reach your goals through a custom routine and building a healthy lifestyle through habits, mindset, and action.
I also have experienced firsthand, the mental and emotional benefits working out can bring. So I can promise I'm not like any other trainer. Because it's not all about losing weight or how many pushups you do; it's about you and feeling good about the relationship you have with yourself.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision and one YOU should be proud of making! But it can be tough -- we're all familiar with the adage that most New Year's Resolutions (an overwhelming amount of which is "get in shape") fail within two weeks. I believe we need more than good intentions; we need motivation and accountability. And most importantly we need to find the joy of fitness. Yes, if I'm doing my job right and you're putting in the effort there will be sore muscles along the way, but I promise the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge!
Everybody is unique; you have your own strengths and limitations, ambitions and obstacles. With my private and semi-private training and coaching my approach is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness vision. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health all in an empowering, positive environment. My goal is to get you to yours!
